7. Delivery time
Information about delivery time is always indicative, non-binding and can not therefore be understood as essential deadlines. The Company undertakes to make every effort in order to observe the deadline indicated. However, no liability may the Company incur if, without gross negligence, the time estimate is exceed.
8. Delivery
a) The goods are sold "ex-warehouse of the Company."
b) If, contrary to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it is agreed to deliver the goods in the home of a third person designated by the customer, delivery of the goods at that place will be considered for all purposes as delivery to the Customer.
c) The Company reserves the right to deliver the order in multiple packages when circumstances beyond their control occur.
